Multiple documents and one bibliography list?

I have multiple word documents (thesis chapters) and I need to insert all in one bibliography list. ¿Is there a way to do this without mixing all documents in one?
Many thanks.
  • You can try to find out about master documents - there are no instructions about that anywhere on the forum, though.
Otherwise, what's wrong with creating a separate file, pasting all chapters, generating the bibliography, remove zotero field codes and copy paste the bibliography in a separate file.
  • Many thanks adamsmith. The problem is managing a document with 250 pages on Microsoft Word.
Anyway I think I will try the second option. ¿What do you mean by "remove zotero field codes"? I don´t know how to do that.
  • The idea is to do this only at the end of the work process.
I'd strongly recommend not working with the long document. My suggestion was to keep things in separate chapter files and then paste them together only once you need a bibliography.

There is an option in the plugin "Remove Field Codes" -
Removing the field codes would only be necessary (or rather - advisable) if you want to copy the thus generated bibliography into yet a separate file (i.e. Diss-Bibliograph.doc )
  • Thanks!
    I will try that.
