MDPI has their own curated style on the repository which you should probably use as it has some smaller differences to normal ACS if I remember correctly.
Which journal exactly (!) are you wanting to submit to? Is that journal in Hebrew? I'm asking this so we can have a solution for all our users and not only the one person asking in the forum.
I'm understanding this is one particular reference that's in Hebrew -- in ACS style, you'd just cite the Hebrew title, typically transliterated. I assume MDPI is the same
