Hi!!

I have a problem with the migration of files from mendeley to zotero. I read the following thread in the forum:

which is similar to my problem, but something different occurs to me. When I try to import files from mendeley (online way) I introduce my name account and password and I got a denied access, like if it is the wrong password. I think it is because I have an institutional account but I do not see the "pop up" to sign in with Elsevier.

Does anyone know if institutional accounts are not allowed?
