no ref when cited

I am using Win7 word 2007 with zotero 2.0b7.2 and winword intergration 3.0a2.
when I add a reference, there is only number as 1,2 added. the reference contents are missing. anyone helps!

    depends on the style.
    Use
    Insert Bibliography in the word plugin to see th bibliography for numbered styles

    Edit: Zotero has some great screencast that go over basic functionallity such as this in the documentation section. I recommend watching them.
