Report ID: 1599183143

I'm trying to log into my college PsychInfo database which has two-factor authentification. A yellow message appeared at the top of the screen from Zotero saying something about wanting to proxy this site. I pressed yes (although I\'m not sure why!) and now I cannot access the PsychInfo page. All I get is the following message:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

I want to continue using Firefox to access this site as I have a Zotero plugin which saves all my references. Any advice on how to fix this? I've just spent an hour on to the technical department of the college and they couldn't do anything

Thanks

First, can you generate a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from the Zotero Connector for reproducing this error? That will help us see what's happening here and try to fix it.

After that, you can temporarily fix this by removing the PsycINFO domain from the list of proxied hosts in the Proxies pane of the Zotero Connector preferences, which you can access by right-clicking on the Save to Zotero button.
