import "progress information" / screen does not disappear

hi there,
whenever i want to import search results from library catalogues, the progress window does not close.

i have saved the results as ris and also as bibtex.
the number of imported results has no influence: it doesn't matter if i import only 1 or also 55 titles.
I have done this in 2 library catalogues and 1 database - always with the same result.

i can cancel the process, and all the necessary information for citing has also been transferred. nevertheless, i am unsure whether i am foregoing further information by cancelling: e.g. pdf files, abstracts...

anyone any idea?

    You're talking about exporting to a RIS or BibTeX file and importing into Zotero via File → Import…? Not using the Zotero Connector?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for this?

    i wanted to do the debug option today so that you could see the case. but the error has resolved itself: the import is fully executed and the "progress information" screen disappears.

    the problem also appeared yesterday only on the computer at work. at home on my private devices everything worked smoothly.

    if i get / notice an error message, i will document everything via the debug function in the future.
