Chicago Shows Series Number Twice

Chicago Manual of Style Full Note with Bib Dev
Item Type: Book Section
Series: Second Series
Volume: 9

Example:
John of Damascus. “Exposition of the Orthodox Faith.” In A Select Library of Nicene and Post-Nicene Fathers of the Christian Church, translated by S. D. F. Salmond, 9: Vol. 9. Second Series. New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1908.

All I want is Vol. 9

Thx,

Mark
