Upgrade StorageUnable to Import Annotation from Good Reader
Hi,
I am unable to retrieve the annotations for a file that can copy-paste the text.
I made a quick capture of the computer and iPad screen to show the end-to-end flow. All goes well until the very last step, and I am unsure why.

Zotero does retrieve the pdf back, and erases it correctly from Dropbox. But it does not bring in the annotations.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

cparaschThat’s a great idea. I had it synched to my Dropbox as a mechanism to move between devices but it seems Zotero’s storage would be equivalent as a solution. I will try it - hoping I can “undo” some of the customized settings I created for this flow. Many thanks!
