no pages in vancouver bibliography

Hi,

Despite adding different pages in the citation of the same book, the program does not include these pages in the generated bibliography, and the citations are for one reference. I'm writing my thesis and I've used the same book 30 times, but from different pages, and all the references have the same number. I have to use vancouver bibliography. Please help.

Regards

Books, unlike chapters, don't make sense to include pages in the bibliography since there you're listing the whole book, while in-text you're referring to different parts of the work.
The Zotero items don't even have the page metadata field.
The only thing we can add with CSL is the number of pages.
  • so how can I change it so that in the generated bibliography it shows me a given book and the stone from which the source is?
  • In a numeric bibliography like Vancouver, you can't. I know it's done occasionally, but it doesn't make sense systematically and I don't think we'll support it. Some Vancouver -type styles like AMA will add pinpoints to citation numbers in the text
  • in Poland, vancouver bibliographies are used to write master's theses with separate pages for each item in the bibliography, is there any way to do this, or do I have to change the bibliography program?
  • Can't be done in CSL, so any reference manager using that is out. Do make sure you actually want Vancouver though. This can be done with any style using endnotes, but those are otherwise conceptually different (esp. citation numbers aren't repeated)
