Hi. I have been working with zotero on my thesis for a year now and have never had any problems. But now I haven't used it for a while and when I try to insert the citation, it doesn't find any literature anymore.
Not totally sure what you mean there. Do you have the Zotero app open on your computer, and does it have your data in it?
Are you referring to clicking Add/Edit Citation in your word processor? What exactly happens? (Are you perhaps clicking Add Note instead of Add/Edit Citation?)
