Zotero and Word on mac - citations underlined and in different font

Just recently this has changed.
Add/Edit Citation and the citation is underlined (broken line) and a different font colour than the document text.
How do I fix this?

When refresh, it also changes font colour for all other citations.

    Not sure what you mean regarding font color. Can you take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), and provide a link here?

    Thanks for the underlined details. I have now ticked that box.

    Re fonts - my text is set to font HEX colour 3B3838 (improves accessibility). Zotero did add citations in using this colour but now adds citations is as HEX colour 000000 (the automatic/default colour).
