Sync complete and all documents available on demand, but not all pdfs are fully downloaded

I just synced the database to a new computer, and it captured all my files. However, the pdf icon for all the files are transparent, except for the files I have already opened. Is there a way to fully load all the pdfs automatically without opening each document one by one?

    Do you have attachments set to download at sync time or on demand?
  • It was on demand, so I just switched it to at sync time. However, it still is not downloading the files fully after I clicked the refresh sync button.

    It might not download all the files until the next time you make a file change on another computer — there's an optimization to not check all files on every sync, and it might not be taking the mode switch into account. (If so, that's a bug. We'll look into it.) You can force it by using Reset File Sync History from the Sync → Reset pane of the preferences.
  • I reset the file sync history, but most pdfs are still transparent.
