zotero的工具栏里“插件”选项消失了，点击工具——然后没有插件选项。

    It's Tools → Add-ons.

    Me too. The Add-on is absent when the language is 中文（简体）Chinese.
    And I found that it appeared when I changed the language in Advanced option to be English.
