Failure to create bibliography in libreoffice document

Report ID: 1048631642

Hi,
I made a document in google docs, added some citations, then had to move to Libreoffice to get endnotes. So I used the "transfer to another word processor", did so, then got the new documet. I wrote some more, added some more citatins, but then when I tried to add the bibliography, it refused.

I can spend more time documenting/reproducing this if you poke me, in a bit of a rush right now.
  • After transferring the document to LO, you refreshed and everything looked right (i.e. the placeholders went away and the header about the document being a Zotero Transfer Document disappeared)?

And when you say "it refused" -- do you recall the exact error message?
  • 6.0
@calumapplepie: You appear to be running the very first release of Zotero 6 from last March. You'll need to install the current version of Zotero if you want help here.

Yes, though there was a pop up about the document being buggy (the same pop up as would apper later

No, but the full text of it is in the debug log.

Also, I should note that I did the transfer by downloading an ODT: eg, after hitting "transfer to another word processor", I then did file -> download -> ODT in drive.

Huh. One of the things I'd done in my debugging was attempt to update, but it still displayed Zotero 6. I'm now one restart later, and it's showing 6.20, so lets see if the problem persists...

Yup, it's fixed. Huh. Ah well, glad its working now, sorry for wasting y'alls time!
