Problème d'affichage d'une note avec image dans word

Bonjour Dans word, lorsque j'ajoute une note avec une image, l'image n'apparaît pas. J'ai une croix à la place avec la mention "Impossible d'afficher l'image liée". Pourriez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce problème technique ?

    I click on Add a note from Zotero section in Word. I select my note created in Zotero. The title appears but not the picture of the selection.

    I created a note from the Zotero's PDF Reader. I selected a zone inside the article to create a note. When I add a note in Word, the selected zone doesn't appear : I get a red cross.

    How did you get this version number? Can you tell Word version under File -> Account -> About Word?

    Did you try creating and testing other notes with images? Do none of them insert correctly?

    Yes any note with picture doesn't work : the picture doesn't appear. I get a red cross

    I am not sure since information on this version number is scarce, but I believe that is the original Word 2016 release version number from 2015 -- your version of Word is over 7 years old. You should begin by updating it.

    EDIT: Although some information online indicates that maybe the about dialog never changes the version number even when updates are applied. Still, you should start by downloading the latest update from Microsoft and applying it.
