Upgrade Storageproblem with updating zotero in word
Dear Madam/Sir,
I have used Zotero for more than 10 years. This time I have a problem with updating references in Word.
The references have been added by different personas. when I add the repeated reference to the document, Zotero adds it as a new reference and does not update the file.
Since I have around 170 refs. it is difficult for me to revise the whole file.
Can you please advise me on how to solve this problem?

adomasvenWhen collaborating with someone else on a manuscript you should use the Zotero group library functionality. If everyone is citing from their own library then you can run into these types of problems. Even when that happens, you can still insert re-insert cited items into your citations even if you don't have those items in your library. For that you need to use the default citation dialog. You can switch back to the default citation dialog in Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors.
