my webdav doesnot work

I have entered my webday and there is an error because zotero says that WebDAV failed verification. What can I do? my error is 800098909. Can some one help me please

    my Debug output has been sent to the Zotero server.

    The Debug ID is D1005727573.

    Possibly if you list what you've entered in the "Preferences>Sync>File Sync" dialog (keeping the password to yourself), someone may be able to see what's wrong.

    I've found it easy to set up on the Zotero side. Any problems I had were with the WebDAV server.
