Upgrade StorageUpdate help.....
I am confused about how to complete a Zotero update. Whenever I load the Zotero app on my laptop, I get a message that says:
"Software update failed. The update could not be installed. Make sure there are no others copies of Zotero....".
I did a search of my machine. I do not seem to have two copies of Zotero.
How may I complete the update?

dstillmanedited February 15, 2023Restart your computer and try again. If it still happens, you can just reinstall Zotero from the download page. If it happens again after that, let us know.
