Dragging collection from My Library to Group Library not working.

When trying to drag a collection (or a single existing item, for that matter) from my My Library to a Group Library, although the plus icon appears as I click and drag a collection, when I release it, nothing appears in the group library.
The group library is new, and there is nothing in it or in the trash.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong!

    Can you provide a Debug ID for a drag attempt?

    Hey, thanks for getting back to me. I managed to resolve it. It was extremely temperamental (took multiple attempts for each collection I wanted to drag), and the records were really slow to load, but I think it was because the collections were fairly large. I did end up having to shut down and restart Zotero after each collection was copied before it would let me copy another collection. In all, it took about 6 hours for it to fully upload and sync the 6 collections (a total of 2041 records). I don't know how normal that is; I'm just happy I have the files where I need them.
