Upgrade StorageNew and Old Zotero accounts

I have been using zotero for many years and have been using it primarily as an app on my laptop. However I have not been syncing it (apparently...i thought i was). The account that I think things have been syncing to is attached to an email I no longer have access to. I have created a new zotero account but a window popped up saying that if i sync to the new account i will lose YEARS of files.
How can i get my current files saved/transferred to my new account without losing anything?

dstillmanEmail support@zotero.org with details. You'll also need to delete the new account to free up the email address.
