知网论文无法下载PDF 插件图标一直为灰色

求助，登录知网后插件图标一直为灰色，只能添加网页无法抓取PDF，有图标的显示排除翻译问题。重启、重新下载插件均不起作用。

If you provide an example URL, we can take a look, but generally we're not able to write translators for Chinese-language websites ourselves, so someone else would have to contribute it.

可以安装茉莉花插件，更新translator试试。
