Title included

A user needs a citation style where in the in-text citations the title is included, but only the first time the document is cited.

So:
First time cited:
Hansen, A. (2020). Title of book

Second time cited:
Hansen, A. (2020).

I've managed to tweak the CSL most similar to the one he needs to get the title included, but it appears every time the document is cited. Is it possible to exclude the title in the subsequent citations? Is there an easy way to put that into the CSL I've created/tweaked?

Yes, you can do this using <if position="ibid ibid-with-locator subsequent> in the citation section of the style. See Chicago (full note) for an example https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/master/chicago-fullnote-bibliography.csl
