como exportar notas desde zotero a word

cuando voy a Add Note, me aparece una caja amarilla busco la nota, la señalo pero zotero copia en word todas las notas que tome de ese texto, no solo la que yo quiero colocar como ejemplo en el texto. Si alguien me puede ayudar

    "Add Note" adds a whole *note* that would include all *annotations* (sorry, not sure how that's translated to Spanish in the app) you extracted -- you can't pick out individual annotations, though you can create notes from individual annotations.

    I am also trying to pick out individual annotations, but I'm not seeing the option to create notes from individual annotations that you describe. When I right-click on the parent item, I see "Add Note from Annotations." On other discussion threads, I've seen references to the fact that this option has been replaced by "Create Note from Annotations," but I can't figure out how to access that option on my computer. I'm using Zotero 6.0.20 on a Mac.
