I think the item in my library is too big, more than 7000 items. Is it possible to split and keep parts of it in a separate disk?

That's a perfectly normal size — people have way bigger libraries.
What's your actual concern?

1. it takes a longer time to display on my computer.
2. I want to split the library and focus only on a specific genre

You can use
multiple profiles
, but that's an advanced configuration and not something we recommend for most people.
A simpler option would be to just create a group library and transfer some of the items to that.
