MS Word Plugin 3.0a2 does not function

After upgrading to Zotero 2.0b7.2 and installing the MS Word plugin 3.0a2, the Zotero toolbar no longer appears in MS Word 2003 (11.9307.8221) SP3, when it was previously working OK. I'm running Windows Vista Business SP2, with Firefox 3.5.3. I have followed the troubleshooting steps and rebooted the sytem with no success. The Zotero.dot file is present in my Firefox profile and Word Startup directory. In fact I can open Zotero.dot and the toolbar appears, but everytime I click on a Zotero toolbar button an additional Firefox window opens. The toolbar buttons seem to otherwise function appropriately as I can insert citations and generate a bibliography. This is an annoying work around for new documents, but doesn't help me for documents that I have already created. Any suggestions?

    Try to click "View-Toolbars" the check " Zotero bibliographic Management"?

    I am using firefox 3.0.14 with Zotero 2.0b7.2 and MS Word plugin 3.0a2 with MS office 2003. When I installed it the first time yesterday, it worked. But today, (after restarting my computer overnight) it is not working. The buttons are still there in Word but clicking them does nothing...no error...just nothing.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks wuyang. I have already tried viewing the toolbars and Zotero doesn't appear as an option (but it did before upgrading).

    ndwyer, what version of Zotero WinWord Integration were you running previously? Was it 3.0a1 or an older version?

    fawad, what version of Windows are you running?

    I can't remember which version exactly but definitely older than 3.0a1 and almost certainly an early 2.0 beta version. I upgraded all versions of Firefox, Zotero and Word Plugin on my desktop computer at home and did not have any issues. The only software differences between my notebook (computer with the issues) and the desktop is that the desktop runs Vista Home Premium and not Vista Business. Is there perhaps a way to reinstall older versions? Unfortunately I don't have the 2.0 plugin download saved.
