Cannot add any entry by three automatic ways today无法导入任何文献条目

I cannot add any entry by getting PDF's metadata, by DOI, or by Chrome connector.

These three methods were available until yesterday.

My fault report ID is 1407193764. I think it will contain two types of faults, by metadata and by DOI.

I will retell this discussion in Chinese below.

    We'd need to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an attempt that failed to say for sure, but your Report ID does show 503 Service Unavailable errors from Elsevier (or possibly something in between you and Elsevier).

    I have upload a debug report，ID is D1686926085.
    I do see 503 status from elsevier repeatly. But I can access Elsevier.com smoothly.
    If there are something mistake happened between Elsevier and me, will let me never be able to add and manager new essay?

    Actually, you should restart Zotero and not attempt again for a while. You were getting repeated 503s, and then it looks like you hit a Zotero bug that resulted in immediate repeated retries, so they might be blocking you temporarily. We'll fix that, but you should wait a few hours before trying again.
