zotero non responsive in google drive

Hi, the zotero button is not responsive, i push it but it doesn't show the menu. I have the zotero app open with the account I am using for the drive. I tried restarting, I tried changing account (new drive, new zotero), nothing works. I'm using edge, when I go to chrome it don't even show the zotero button.
Maybe I miss out on something basic.
Someone can help?

    The citation dialog may just be appearing behind your other windows — cycle through your windows to see if that's the case. If you're sure it's not that, disable all your other browser extensions, reload Google Docs, and try again.

    If you're still having trouble, provide Debug IDs from the Zotero Connector and Zotero for reloading Google Docs and trying to use the plugin.
