Cannot log in zotero for after removing configuration file from Windows to MacOS

I copy configuration file of zotero in Windows PC into Mac, and create an account to read the configuration file through terminal window, but after that I cannot login my account for synchronization. The pop-up window shows "User canceled master password entry".

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by this, but if you did something to the profile folder, you should delete it and create a new one via the profile manager, or figure out what file in the profile is causing problems.

I want to move profile folder more conveniently, and save my time to deal with settings and add-ons. What I want to achieve is that when I use zotero in a new device, I could copy profile folder and data folder into it and continue my work without installing add-ons.
But I cannot login in zotero in new device now.

Is this problem related to Firefox?

Only in that Zotero is based on Firefox, so this is the Firefox profile system.

You’ll need to debug this yourself, though. This isn’t something we recommend doing.

It seems technical complicated, but I don't really understand why problems from Zotero are caused by Firefox even if I did nothing in Firefox.

Again, Zotero is based on Firefox, so this works the same as the Firefox profile system. It has nothing to do with any installation of Firefox on your computer.
