HELP!!! Unable to log in to my original account

I cannot log in to my original Zotero account. When I try to log in, the website shows "invalid credential provided". I tried to reset my password and received the email but I cannot since the "invalid credential provided" showed again.

I had to sign up a new account so I can post this to get help. My original account username is lrx1014. Please help me :(

    This sounds like a misunderstanding. If you can't log in, you should reset your password. You don't need to log in to reset your password.

    Thank you for your reply. I tried to reset my password through the website sent by Zotero. I did successfully reset my password. But I still cannot log in my account (same problem: invalid credential provided)

    That just means you're not entering the new password correctly. Try resetting your password again.

    (Note that you were also just locked out for a while for entering the wrong password too many times.)
