Problème pour insérer la citation et la bibliographie

Bonjour,

En cliquant sur le button de "citation" Zotero se ferme immédiatement.
Parfois, dans un nouveau fichier je peux insérer la citation mais en cliquant sur "bibliographie", le même problème se reproduit : Zotero se ferme automatiquem

    I'm using version 16.66 (22100900).
    Security software like Antivirus ? Non.

    @jafarin88: Hard to say, but if you have the option of upgrading to a newer version of macOS, that'd probably be the first thing to try here.

    I wanted to avoid this but I reinstalled finally Word and Zotero. And it seems all right!
    Thank you for your answers. I would just say this kind of problem come unfortunately when we need more than anytime to Zotero, for example juste two days before a deadline. However, I appreciate the way that this forum works.
