It seems that different pdf reader causes this problem. For the same pdf, when I use edge, the hyperlinks are normal, as for the Adobe acrobat, the hyperlinks become red and green boxes.

Yes, it seems link annotation borders are set to be visible in this PDF file. Some PDF readers respect this and some not.
Future Zotero versions, probably, won't show them as well.
