Gray emphasis under text in bibliography

    it puts gray emphasis under the text in the bibliography in word and I can't delete it

    Zotero citations and bibliographies are standard Word fields, which Word highlights by default to show you that they're active. The highlighting won't show up when you print or submit the paper (though you should unlink citations in a copy of the document before submitting it anyway).
