I can't connect zotero with libre office writer. I'm using mac, I have downloaded Java and i still get this error:

theodoramasI have installed the 7.4.2.3 Libre office version on my mac and I'm following these instructions. I downloaded the current Java JDK and when I try to select the JRE, I'm getting "The folder you selected does not contain a Java runtime envrioment. Please select a different folder".

theodoramasI've downloaded JDK 11.0.17 on my MAC desktop and Libre Office doesn't even alllow me to select it when I try to add a JRE environment.

dstillmanWhy did you download JDK 11? The current versions are 17 LTS and 19.
