Upgrade StorageError report ID 1699860559
Hey, I am getting a sync error on Zotero and cannot figure out what it's not doing. The error states several times as follows:
[JavaScript Error: "Request timed out after 120000 ms"]
and then at the foot of these attempts:
version => 6.0.18, platform => Win32, oscpu => Windows NT 10.0; WOW64, locale => en-GB, appName => Zotero, appVersion => 6.0.18, extensions => Zotero LibreOffice Integration (6.0.3.SA.6.0.18, extension), Zotero Word for Windows Integration (6.0.2.SA.6.0.18, extension)
Does anyone know what the error means?
I have a Mac laptop that seems to not sync the documents that I input on my PC. In addition if I open file in Mac in an MS Word attachment and make changes (highlights and annotations) these are not shown in same word document on PC.

dstillmanCan you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that fails?

SaulHumanRightsHey thank u for prompt response. The sync seems to have self-corrected. If it happens again, I will ensure to provide both Report ID and Debug ID. I saw the process for producing a Debug ID and will follow that when issue occurs.
