I've been trying to use Zotero on MS Word, but an integration error has been preventing me from my work. The error states: Zotero could not load the component necessary to communicate with your word processor. Go to Tools → Add-ons → Extensions in Zotero and make sure that the extension for your word processor is enabled. I've followed the instructions and made sure the extension is enabled, yet the error persists.
