Zotero not working on google docs

Hello! Initially, enabling v2 solved the error, but a new error appeared and has thus prevented me from editing the citations on my paper. The error has no code it only says, "Zotero experienced an error updating your document." I've tried executing the steps in the troubleshooting page, but to no avail.

    You should disable v2. There's a Google bug that prevents it from working reliably.

    What's the problem in v1?

    Thank you for this response! The issue has been resolved. For v1, I was getting an internal issue saying:

    Are you sure about that? That's what you would get with v2.

    Can you confirm that v2 is disabled and provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from the connector for reloading Google Docs and trying to insert a citation?
