Proxy Issue with Zotero Word Plugin
Hi!
We are trying to setup Zotero for a user on Office365 word. The Zotero ribbon doesn't seem to appear for them after a couple of uninstall/reinstalls. Checking add-in options also does not show anything wrong.
Sometimes running word as an admin works or using one of our proxies which allows a lot of traffic through works, though this is not a viable solution to us as our users are not admins and the proxy we used that works is not our standard one. Is there perhaps a specific Zotera URL I can exempt in our standard proxy to see if this works?
Thanks for any advise!

adamsmithThe proxy is a red herring and that install worked with it likely due to another factor: Whether the Zotero ribbon appears in Word is entirely local and doesn't require any communication with Zotero at all.
