Zotero 2.0b7.1 WebDav Synch Between Computers With Jungle Disk (Not Working)

I am using Zotero 2.0b7.1 and synching to Jungle Disk. It works fine from my Mac on my home LAN, but when I try to synch attachments on my work PC (WInkXP SP2), it starts to work, and when the MB count reaches Zero it throws and error message. I reported it as:

1706472136

The attachments are not not getting synched on the PC even though the references are.
