nothing is visible OF PDF file when open in ZOTERO

I opened the PDF file in ZOTERO and nothing is visible but the watermark on the side. I can tell that there are contents because when I move my mouse, the lines get dark and when I open this PDF file in another PDF viewer, I can see the contents.
Have you ever had this problem? I am using the newest version.

I think you should be able to verify by opening the PDF file in Firefox, which is also using PDF.js.
