I'm having this issue and need to be walked through the troubleshooting. I followed the instructions and still having issues. I am on a deadline!

  • I followed the directions and still experiencing the same problem. I restarted, I uninstalled, I opened a new document, etc. Still not working. Why is there no phone help?
  • Every time I copy and paste the text into a new doc, it works. But then, when I open up my dissertation, the issue repeats.
  • I'm sorry, this is ridiculous! I pay money to use this service, and I keep getting those errors message with no help!
