l'm using a Zotero app with two computers.
one is window 11 desktop and the other is mac os ventera macbook air.
I'm using the same accout at two computers for syn but I have some problems synchronizing

1. data and files in the mac are not synchronized properly : for example, data and files synchronizing in the mac are not appear in the desktop app and web library of zotero.

2. the deleted data in the desktop app appear again and again( the data is specific one data and others are deleted well.

3. the sync speed are a little slow
