Citations somehow unlinked

    The location for the unlink button is completely absurd. It should be hidden under some menu and should be made with fluorescent colours to prevent misuse. The warning that is displayed can be easily overseen when working in a hurry. Just a daft UI detail that should be extremely easy to fix.

    @Esquivelspy: It's small, there's a confirmation dialog, you can undo, and nothing takes effect until you save the document. There's no problem if you just click it accidentally. And it's an commonly used function that people need to know exists.

    Yet my citations were somehow unlinked. Not sure how it happened, but I need to blame that button or else I will go crazy :)

    Note that there are various other ways to accidentally flatten citations. The most common is just by you (or someone you exchanged the document with) saving the document in the wrong format:
