Tag number-shortcut with Mac / Raccourci clavier pour marqueurs avec un Mac

Hello, do you know how to use the number shortcut to tag a reference with a Mac? I use two tags "Read" and "Unread", and I'd like to quickly mark my references using "1" and "2". However, on my Mac, I don't have a numeric keypad, and I need to press SHIFT to get a number, which doesn't seem to work as a tag shortcut.
Would you have a solution?

J'utilise notamment deux tags "Lu" et "Non-lu", et je ne peux pas les attribuer à mes références simplement en tapant "1" et "2". Je n'ai pas de pavé numérique, et je dois appuyer sur MAJ pour obtenir un chiffre. Or, cela ne me permet apparemment pas d'utiliser le raccourci pour ajouter un marqueur à ma référence.
Une solution ?

    You need to assign a color to the tags that you want to apply using the keyboard. You don't need a numeric keyboard for that to work. See https://www.zotero.org/support/collections_and_tags#colored_tags

    Hi, thanks ! I had already done that indeed. My problem is that pressing the key doesn't assign a coloured tag to the reference...

    It does!! Thanks for this. However, since I'm writing my dissertation in French, it's not very handy to have to switch all the time. Would you know by chance how to overcome this?

    I confirm the problem here with a French keyboard on Windows 10.
    With a French keyboard, you need to press the Shift key to access the numbers. However, if you do that when you have items selected in My Library, it triggers the "find-as-you-type" functionality, switching to items with sorting field (column currently used for sorting) starting with a number.

    I am not sure what would be best here:
    1) Fix this problem by getting the coloured tags shortcuts to normal numbers, so using Shift.
    2) Map the same behaviour as the English keyboard, which is using the same keys, but without pressing Shift. This would be faster. The (small) drawback would be loosing access to the "find-as-you-type" for the special letters below the numbers.

    The shortcuts for the PDF Reader seem to favour option 2. To reset the zoom to the default, I can just do Ctrl+à (below 0). Ctrl+0 (above à) with Shift does not work.
    The "Switch between annotation tools" shortcuts work with both Shift and no Shift. So both options 1 & 2 could be possible also.

    This should be fixed in Zotero 6.0.16, available now via Help → Check for Updates. It should now work with just the number keys, without Shift, regardless of the keyboard layout.
