Editing Manuscripts

Hi, this question may be a little confusing but I will do my best. Is there any way to share access/editing power within a document to the Zotero references without requiring a shared library. I need to be able to edit a document someone sends me and make changes to Zotero, but I don't want to have to add the references to my personal library or deal with a group library? Is that possible?

    No, sorry. You can edit the document itself, obviously, and you can even make changes to the citations (such as adding a prefix or a page pinpoint), but you can't edit the underlying Zotero items (so, e.g., can't fix a typo in a title or author name), which is what I understand you to be asking.
