back/forward buttons in toolbar for navigating collection items

In flipping around my library looking for items, I find myself having to run a search for entries that I was just looking at a second ago. You know, in looking for one item, something else catches my eye. I want to quickly go back to that item after doing whatever it was I needed to with the original entry I was looking for. Back and forward buttons, just like on a browser, would make that a lot easier.

    Precisely the same use case. In addition to back/forward a MRU list would be nice.
