Zotero not working in PubMed Central

Hi. Zotero is not working for downloading citations from PubMed Central (it works fine in PubMed), not for bulk downloading or even for individual publication pages. The report tool in the Zotero program detects no error. I have to say that this should be a Zotero specific issue because the Sciwheel manager works fine there.
I hope you will be able to fix the problem. Thanks.

@zotgsacc -- that's a temporary outage of a NIH API that we use -- there are different APIs, so it's possible SciWheel is going through a different route, but you can check yourself that the PMC example from NIH's own documentation fails:

No, we've never seen an eutils (that's the NIH API) issue last this long; it's usually an hour or two. I'll send an email & see what they say; support has a good reputation.

I assume it's been working for a while, but PMC import now definitely works again.
