"Made no progress during upload -- stopping" - items failed with status code 500

Hi,

unfortunately I encountered an error in my group library. Can anyone help with this?

When trying to synchronize the database, the error message "An error occurred" is displayed.

I do not know what triggered the error. Earlier, Zotero was running smoothly. The problem first appeared with another group member after creating a new entry in the database.

Sorry about that. There was a server issue affecting syncing for a small number of libraries. We're still investigating, but we believe it's mostly resolved now.

I can also click the Sync arrow and don't get an error :)
