Hello- I'm not sure which is more respectful of people's time: posting my related question here, or starting a new thread. My apologies if I'm stepping on someone's thread here! I have not been able to use zotero w google docs (on firefox) since I started w zotero a few months ago. It works great w MSWord. I just reauthorized the connector in firefox add on and clicked the V2 button. Here is a report ID: 300500463 I restarted zotero. While zotero is closed I get the expected "can't connect" error. When zotero is running, trying to add a citation results in either the green bar that keeps pulsing, or "Zotero is updating your document. Please wait" which does not resolve. That makes me think it's connecting but is hanging up somewhere. Thoughts on things I should try?
Make sure a dialog isn't just appearing behind your other Zotero or browser windows. That's often the issue here.
You should also try disabling all your other browser extensions.
If you don't think it's that, can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from Zotero for triggering this, after restarting Zotero and your browser?

I just tried it in chrome too with the same results.
I can just keep using Word but would prefer to use GDocs on Firefox eventually.
