Harvard 12th: need full author list in bibliography (but et al in text)

Apologies if this should be really obvious, but I can't see how to do it! Please can someone help? I'm a novice Zotero user! Thanks :-) Also (might as well ask two daft questions whilst I'm at it) having bibliography alphabetised .. can't work that out either! ATM, am getting bibliography the order the papers are cited in text.

I'm mac monterey 12.6
Zotero 6.0.15
Word for Mac 16.66.1

Thanks again
  • Assuming you're referring to Cite Them Right: Here's the style with no et al: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:harvard-cite-them-right-no-et-al

The ordered in the bibliography should already be alphabetical, though. Try if switching to the no et al style fixes this. If not, try deleting and re-adding the bibliography.
  • Thank you:-). You're right, Cite Them Right.

Before I go downloading this, this will still give me 'et al' in the text but plus full author list in the bibliography, right?

I've written a number of documents now and the biblio is always in cited order rather than alphabetical ..

    Correct, yes.

See if the new style works correctly. If it doesn't, we'd want to see the first 3-4 items of the bibliography pasted here.
  • Great, thank you. Will sort it out and reply back. Thanks again.
  • totally worked. Thank you very VERY much! :-)
  • Hiya - on this again ... I now see that THREE or more authors require an 'et al' in citation (and full list of authors in biblio). The https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:harvard-cite-them-right-no-et-al gives three authors, then 'et al' for more than 3. Anyway to make this TWO authors and then 'et al' in citation for three or more? I'm now:

    I'm mac sequoia 15.6.1
    Zotero 7.09.29
    Word for Mac 16.102.2

Very many thanks in advance ...
