Issue switching from a Free account to an Institution account
Hello, I am desktop support for LSA at the University of Michigan. I have a customer using Zotero and she had signed up for the free account using her umich.edu email address back in 2010 (I assume on the website). I found the forum post about just adding your institution email address to have the account switch over to that but she's already using her institution email and it's still limiting her and has the "upgrade storage" button.
Is there anyway to switch her account over?

https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage?ref=usbf does it say "Institutional Storage" at the bottom of the table? If so, they're on UMich's institutional plan already.
If not, email their username & email to storage@zotero.org with a link to this thread.
If users add their institutional email address to their Zotero account though, storage will automatically be applied in the future if they become eligible under an active institution subscription.
